T.I HOLDS THE NUMBER SLOT ON THE BILLBOARD’S HOT 100!

T.I. made history last week when his track “Whatever You Like” jumped from the 71st spot to number 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart. A week later, the self-proclaimed King Of The South’s hit single remains number one after selilng another 176,000 units digitally. As we previously reported [read here], T.I. sold 205,000 Music downloads in it’s first week which was the best opening week ever by a rapper since records were started in 2003.

In related news, Rihanna’s “Disturbia” came in at number 2, while Pink’s “So What” jumps 9-3 in just its second week after selling 136,000 downloads. Chris Brown’s “Forever” slips 3-4, while M.I.A.’s “Paper Planes” rises 6-5 and Coldplay’s “Viva La Vida” remains No. 7.
