While 2Pac's music is still being played on the airwaves, his remix track song Po Nigga Bluez by rapper Tupac Shakur is currently in a lawsuit. The plaintiff Joseph Flowers who stage name is The Governor, is suing Tupac's estate.

The Governor declared that he's the only individual who wrote Po Nigga Bluez.  He states that it was originally recorded in 1990 and it debut in 1995 album Floss Mode.

According to the lawsuit, Flowers express that he is the sole owner of the original song.  He also alleges that Tupac song is almost alike to his version, which is sampled by The Delegations' 1979 track Oh Honey. Flowers  stated that he exposed the remix until March 2008.

Flowers is blaming that Interscope and Universal Records, have copied, used and sold a proportion of his work without any monetary reimbursement. Currently, Flowers is suing Tupac Shakur for copyright infringement.

Flowers request that he seek rewards from sales along with statutory and punitive damages.
