T.I. will apparently be making another appearance in court soon. TIP will take the stand to testify in a Cincinnati court tomorrow to tell what happened on the night his assistant and close friend, Philant Johnson, was killed. The jury was selected on Monday (11/17) for the case against Hosea Thomas, one of two brothers that allegedly responsible for Johnson's death. T.I. is scheduled to testify in court tomorrow (11/19).
According to the Cincinnati Enquirer, the two brothers took issue with T.I. and his entourage after they were denied access to exclusive areas at a late night party and concert. "T.I. and his group were in the VIP area," Cincinnati Homicide Detective Tim Gormly told the Enquirer. "The suspects wanted to get in the VIP area and weren't allowed to." According to the paper one of T.I.'s entourage hit one of the brothers and later taunted them which led to the brothers shooting up T.I.'s vehicles later that night.  Beyonce was full of love Tuesday -- apparently a love strong enough to extend to Rihanna.
"She's fantastic and she's done an incredible job. I love all her records," Beyonce told Power 105.1 after thanking Kanye West for his previously reported comment about her stepping her game up due to the "Take A Bow" singer.
"It's all from a good place," she continues.
Spreading the love after hitting #1 in Japan, Beyonce went on to address her much-talked-about parody of "Single Ladies" with Justin Timberlake over the weekend.
"I still can't believe he did that. He was incredible."
"We rehearsed it two times. He picked up the choreography. He has this photographic memory. He could probably kill it if he wanted to."
With the love-fest coming to an end, Beyonce addressed the heavy internet rumor about one of her dancers in the "Single Ladies (Put A Ring On It)" video. The dancer in question, who was rumored to be a man, is according to Beyonce 100% female.
"That is so silly. Both of the girls are dancers, they're ballet dancers and their bodies are unbelievable, just pure muscle."
"I guess people were feeling like her body is strong, but that is crazy."

T-Pain's "Thr33 Ringz" Makes Top 5 On Billboard 200!  T-Pain's "Thr33 Ringz" were trumped by an American Idol and a country sensation on this week's Billboard 200.
According to Billboard, T-Pain's "Thr33 Ringz," featuring "Freeze" with Chris Brown, debuted at no. 4 with 167,000 copies sold. The 'ringmaster's' set was trumped by a strong no.2 debut from David Archuleta (of American Idol fame) who sold 183,000 copies of his self titled debut and "Now That's What I Call music" latest CD which moved 172,000 copies placing it at no.3.
This week's real winner was 18-year-old country star Taylor Swift. Swift moved 592,000 copies of her sophomore set, "Fearless," making the set 2008s best selling country album.
Other notable entries this week are albums from Seal, who debuted at no.13 with 45,000 copies of "Soul"; Christina Aguilera who released "Keeps Gettin' Better," a collection of hits that debuted at no. 9 with 73,000 copies sold and T.I., whose "Paper Trail" moved another 62,000 copies.
