Hip-hop mogul DAMON DASH’s ex-lover has been ordered to return their 16-year-old son to him immediately after a New York judge ruled in the star’s favour in an ongoing custody battle. Damon Jr. was allegedly enrolled by his mother Linda Williams at a school in Long Island, New York after a visit to her home last week (beg01Sep08).But Dash, who has sole custody of the teenager, had reportedly planned for him to attend school in the city’s Upper West Side. Judge Susan Knipps ruled at a Manhattan Family Court hearing on Wednesday (10Sep08) that Williams must return Damon Jr. to his father immediately or face legal consequences. Knipps threatened to issue an arrest warrant for Williams - who did not turn up at the hearing - but held off amid concerns over whether or not she had been properly notified. Williams has been ordered to make a court appearance on Monday (15Sep08).Dash’s lawyer, Robert Wallack, said, “Damon’s position is we expect the child to be turned over immediately, and we expect Ms. Williams to comply with the judge’s orders.” | | No comments for this item |

Diddy Admits That He Doesn't 'Own A Whole Jet' |

Diddy posted a video message on his official YouTube page on Wednesday (September 10), setting the record straight as to whether he actually owns a private jet or not.
He admitted that he doesn't own a jet, and that he only owns part of one.
The music mogul was recently called out by gossip blogs and newspapers who said he was lying about owning a private plane, following a video blog P. Diddy recorded which showed him flying commercial because he couldn't afford the sky high gas prices to fill up his jet.
"Gas prices are too motherf***in' high," he ranted, while walking through the airport. "As you know, I do own my own jet, but I've been having to fly back and forth to L.A., pursuing my acting career. Now, if I'm flying back and forth, like twice in a month, that's like $200,000, $250,000 roundtrip. F*** that."
After the message, the Palm Beach Post researched federal aviation records and found no sign of Diddy being the registered owner of any plane. "I have a list of every plane with the name of the owner, and he's not on it," a source said.
Well, P. Diddy has responded, and admits that he doesn't own an entire jet. In fact, he owns just the wing.
"For the record, here is the truth: my jet is listed under the name Ciroc Obama. I do not actually own the whole jet. I only own a wing," Diddy said in Wednesday's video blog. "The truth is out now. I could not afford a whole jet, I only own a wing. It's my wing. I worked hard for that wing, and it's my wing. The truth is out now. I could only afford a wing."

In the world of the girls of "Flavor Of Love," two of the show's contests have some updates.
Bootz (real name: Larissa Aurora) posted a blog on her official MySpace page Tuesday (September 9) announcing that she is expecting her first child.
"I have been away for so long, but not without great news. I know a lot of you are wondering what's been going on with me," Bootz wrote in her blog. "Well, I am expecting my first child and I am very excited. With my new child due March 28th, 2009 comes change, and I am ready for this experience that God has blessed me with."
At press time, it is unknown who the father is.
"Flavor Of Love 2" winner Deelishis is getting married to her boyfriend of one year, Orlando Gordon, reports Sister 2 Sister magazine, in a recent article.
According to Deelishis (real name: London Charles), the proposal took her by surprise during a rainy Mother's Day in Detroit.
"He and I were sitting around the house watching movies. Around 5, I went into the kitchen to grab something to eat and I came back in the bedroom and he was sitting there with this little box and he said 'So, what you doing for the rest of your life?'"
Obviously, she said yes. "I was very shocked and surprised."
In late July, the couple threw a lavish all-white engagement party at a Detroit nightclub, where guests snacked on crab cakes, crab legs, lobster shrimp. The party was so beautiful the bride-to-be was teary eyed the entire night.
"For most of the party, I was in tear," Deelishis told the mag. "I just cried because I couldn't believe how beautiful it was. Then, I just kept staring at this man, who I knew we would have a long-lasting relationship ..."

The show, presented by New York’s Power 105.1 radio station, is produced by Jay-Z’s new business partner, Live Nation. Tickets range from $50 to $200 and go on sale Friday (for “Power 105 Playaz”) and Saturday for the public on Ticketmaster.
