In an interview for Trevor Nelson's BBC radio show, Jay-Z once again came to his "little brother" Kanye West's defense and addressed 50 Cent and his comments about Ye's VMA outburst.

In the interview, which is scheduled to air next week, Jay defended Kanye West's actions at the VMAs saying the rapper's comments were rude but he wasn't wrong. Jay admitted to talking to Kanye about his taking the mic from Taylor Swift during her acceptance speech for Best Female Video but basically said the only thing wrong about the comments was the timing.

"I just think that that's what he believed. I thought it was rude, I thought it was inappropriate and I told him as much. But I don't think he was wrong," Hova stated.

When asked what 50 Cent would have done if Kanye would grab his mic while on stage accepting an award, Fif previously said: "I wish he could come take one of my awards so I could black his eye in front of everybody."

Trevor Nelson then asked Jay if he thinks Kanye is picking his battles and if West would have tried such a stunt with a rapper like 50 Cent.

"I think he would have done that if that was 50 Cent. No one is scared of 50 Cent. I want everyone to be clear. No one is scared of 50 Cent."

50 has yet to respond to the comments. Trevor Nelson's interview with Jay-Z is set to air sometime next week.
