Police claim they found drugs ecstasy and cocaine aboard his tour bus and a handgun when they stopped it.

Lil Wayne- real name Dwayne Carter- signed autographs for fans outside the court as he appeared.

The Lollipop star’s attorney James Tilson had asked the judge for access to a sniffer dog’s training record.

He said: "If the dog is not reliable, then that puts the entire probable cause for the stop into question."

The request was refused and Weezy will now return to court on August 11.
