Lil Wayne celebrates his birthday by attending the Minnesota versus the Vikings game. He called into Hot 107.9 in Atlanta and told DJ Drama all about his special day.

"I took a plane to Minnesota to see  play," he said. "That's my favorite football player ever. He won the game with like two seconds left, of course. He did that for my birthday."

Even Step dad Birdman showed him some love by getting a new tattoo on his hand that says Wayne's birthdate "9-27-09". He received a million-dollar Chopard watch and a birthday cake with diamonds wrapped around it.

Weezy phoned in from Miami testifying on going out Sunday night if "the studio don't swallow me." Well the studio has swallowed him because he's back in the studio ripping a mixtape.   

His next project is working with the Young Money team, his long awaited solo LP Rebirth and new mixtape called No Ceiling. Lil Wayne told MTV, "I got tired of sitting back," he said. "Everybody was making mixtapes. And I could rap too. Once I found myself jumping in my car putting on the radio instead of CDs, that's when I know I gotta go murder their beat."
