1. HERE IS THE KEY TO THE PROBLEM...James said Martin is a decorated veteran who recently returned from military service in the Middle East. He is still acting as if he is in the army....he is sick and he needs tobe FIRED.

2. Guess this site is run by blacks. I am white and have had cops treat me like this. Why is the race card always pulled?

3. The officer needs to have some type of psychiatric evaluation done if this is the way he acts. We need to stop trying to use overseas military service as an excuse as to why the soldiers act the way they do when they return. I myself am a vetern who served overseas and being a vetern who served in Iraq does not give this officer the right to act as he does. He needs to be harshly reminded that he is a civilian, and these people are not the enemy. By looking at the video he had plenty of room on the road to just pass by, and let it go. Obviously his backup call was not as important, or did he leave one of his comrads in a bad situation?

4. I guess "no title" is white crying about the "race card" being pulled. You can find these types of "racist' confrontations by "racist" law enforcement all over the internet!

5. I don't think race had anything to do with this. I think this guy thinks he is still in Iraq and treat american civilians the same way he treated Iraqi civilians.

6. if you watch the full dash video from the trooper you will see he over reacted and let his anger dectate the stop. He was going to chew out the driver & cite him. The lead EMT jumped out and interfered with the trooper. Then wouldn't back off. It was two bull headed egos at play.. not race. I think they should both get time off.
Both were wrong

7. Both of these actors were wrong. The trooper should had controled his temper. The EMT should NEVER tell a cop what is going to happen. A cops job is to control a situation. You don't dictate to the cops what you plan on doing. The fact that he was Black has NOTHING to do with anything. The cop was mad at the white man first. The EMT simply should have backed off and let the citation been written. BOTH were wrong.

8. Does anyone else remember that there is a patient in the back of the ambulance? It's not like the police pulled over a couple of gangbangers. They're flexing their authority over OTHER CIVIL SERVANTS, at the expense of the patient in the ambulance!
